1. Prices

Please note that the prices on our website may change at any time. The actual price you pay will be the price charged at the time you process your order at checkout.

The item prices excluded VAT. The price of the items does not include the service charge which will be charged at the rates applicable at the date of your order and which will be displayed in the checkout section of the web site.

2. Availability

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you. Please note that we will attempt to deliver substitute lines should selected lines be unavailable unless you request us not to do so.
Although we will always try to cater for your orders, an order of large quantities of a line can only be fulfilled at the discretion of the store. For example, if you were to make an order of 10 items which would use up the entire store’s stock, the store may only deliver 5 items.

3. Acceptance

There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we actually dispatch the goods to you. Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually dispatch the goods to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason and a refund will be issued. The www.engineercy.com delivery service is available for non-commercial and domestic use only. www.engineercy.com reserves the right to refuse orders from businesses or individuals.
To ensure availability of all our products customers may be limited to a maximum number of items.

4. Delivery

During the process of ordering products or items, there will be a delivery charge according to the weight or volume of the ordered products or items and the delivery destination location.
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form.
We will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address. At your request, our driver may carry your order into the delivery address, for example, to a particular floor in an apartment block or into your kitchen but only if:
a. the driver has your permission and
b. our driver believes that it is safe and practical to do as you request.
We always reserve the right to deliver only to the main entrance of the delivery address.
Please note that we deliver goods only within Cyprus. To check if www.engineercy.com delivers to your area, please contact our Customer Service on +357 22028444, Monday-Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Cyprus time.
All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. www.engineercy.com follows a “Think 25” policy, so if the person receiving the goods looks under 25, proof of age will be requested. If proof is not available and there is no-one of that age at the address when delivery is being made, the goods may be retained by the driver. If we attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address as arranged with you but there is nobody at the delivery address to accept your order, the driver will leave notification of attempted delivery and you will need to contact our Customer Service Centre to re-arrange delivery (see below for contact details).
In these circumstances, if we have to return to deliver the goods, a further charge may become payable provided that delivery is attempted at the agreed time.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods within the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Return Policy – Warranty/Guarantee

We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item then we aim to make the return process as simple as possible?
“According to the law N14(I)2000 the buyer can send a written notification to our company within 14 days after the day of delivery to cancel the purchase. Also is required to send back the products 30 days after the cancellation of the sales agreement.”
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items to us in their original condition and packaging, we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge), or exchange the item to another preferred product of same value.
If you do not wish to change your product with another one, we will give you a voucher with the corresponding amount or refund the amount paid in the same way you paid.
To make a return, take the following steps:
1. Go to our Contact us page
2. Send us an email with your Order ID, your name and surname, address, phone number and email address and tell us why you would like to return the specific product(s).
The Customer must inspect the Supplies as soon as is reasonably practicable after delivery the Company shall not be liable for any defect in the Supplies unless written notice is given to the Company within 10 days of the date of inspection.
The quantity of any consignment of Goods, as recorded by the Company upon despatch from the Company’s place of business, shall be conclusive evidence of the quantity received by the Customer on delivery, unless the Customer can provide conclusive evidence to the contrary. The Company will not be liable for any non-delivery of Goods or non-performance of Services unless written notice is given to the Company within 10 days of the date when Goods should have been delivered or the Services performed in the ordinary course of events.
The Company will endeavour to transfer to the Customer the benefit of any warranty or guarantee given by the manufacturer of Goods.
In addition, the Company will, free of charge, repair or, at the Company’s option, replace Goods or, in the case of Services, re-perform Services which are proved to the reasonable satisfaction of the Company to be damaged or defective due to faulty materials, workmanship or design.
This obligation will not apply:
• if the defect arises because the Customer has altered or repaired such Goods without the written consent of the Company;
• because the Customer did not follow the manufacturers’ instructions for storage, usage, installation, use or maintenance of the Goods;
• if the Customer has failed to notify the Company of any defect  where the defect should have been reasonably apparent on reasonable inspection; or
• if the Customer fails to notify the Company of the defect within 12 months (or such other period as the Company shall specify at the time of acceptance of the order for the Supplies) of the date of despatch of the Goods or performance of the Services.
Any replacement Supplies made or Goods repaired will be guaranteed on these terms for any unexpired portion of the period of guarantee given on the original Supplies. Any Goods which have been replaced will belong to the Company.
Supplies prove damaged or defective, shall be limited to, at the Company’s option, the repair or replacement of the relevant Goods or the re-performance of the relevant Services or the refund of the price paid for the relevant Supplies.

6. Withdrawal and Cancellation

During your order procedure and prior to your payment through PayPal, you will be able to remove part or all of the products from your shopping cart by pressing the Delete button which is next to each of your products in your shopping cart. You will also be able to add more products or change the quantity of the products in your cart.
You can cancel or change any of your current orders before delivery dispatch, Monday to Friday. You can do this by calling our Customer Service department on +357 22028444 between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Cyprus time. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled by email.

7. Payment

You can pay by any American Express, MasterCard or Visa card, Maestro or Delta debit card through the most secure payment system worldwide, PayPal. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of unauthorized access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order.
Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.

8. Legal

These Product/Services Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, e-Commerce Law:  L156(I)/2004 and Amendment Law:  L97(I)/2007 and any disputes will be decided only by the Cyprus courts.
If any of these Product Terms is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Cheaper Alternatives

Please note that the Cheaper Alternatives on our website are suggested products to help you spend less. You are under no obligation to select an alternative. There may be quality, size, health and ingredient differences between the products suggested. Guide price terms and conditions apply.
When your order is delivered you may return any item and receive a full refund if you consider that the product delivered is unacceptable.

10. Order Procedure

www.engineercy.com has made distances so small, so that with the ease of your house or office chair you can order any item from our Online Shop and we will deliver it to your door. Just follow the following simple steps and before you know it your purchases will arrive just outside your door.
a. Choose from our Main Menu the Product Category from which you would like to purchase items, and then just click on the Add to Cart button next to the item you want to purchase. Your chosen item has already been placed in your Cart.
b. Then you can continue with your shopping or choose a delivery option, accept the Terms and Conditions and click the “Send Order” button. The login page will then open, where, if you are already a member of our Online Shop, you must simply submit your username and password; otherwise you can register at this point. New member registration is easy and will only take a few seconds.
c. Before you complete your order you will be able to go to your Account and make any changes you like to your personal information. You will also be able to change your order’s content, like delete one or more products from your shopping cart, add more products or increase or decrease the quantity of the selected products as explained in the “Withdrawal and Cancellation” Section.
d. Next, you will be redirected to a page where you will choose a Shipping Address and then click the “Send Order” button.
e. You are almost done. You will now perform a final check of your order and click the “Proceed your Payment with PayPal” button. You will be immediately redirected to the secure page of PayPal and after your successful payment, the system will redirect you to our website. You will then receive an email confirmation with your order details and an invoice of your payment. After that, all you have to do is wait for your order to arrive at your doorstep.
Our system will save your order in your Μember Account, where you will be able to review and check your current and old orders as often as you like.
You will be able to place and review your order in both English and Greek language. However, at the payment stage, you will be redirected to the PayPal page which is only available in English.

11. Complaints

We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, please let us know if you have any complaints or comments linking to this Web site.
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.
This Website must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of this Website other than the homepage.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cyprus courts.
